1.86 was too much for me. i kept my 6000 at 1.6ghz... 512MB RAM... i think if anything RAM and HDD speed matter more than those 0.26ghz

"You will receive an order confirmation email within 1 day with your order number, customer number, estimated ship date and updated purchase amount."

I assume that after u get this email it will showup in order status.

yay my ship date is 4/22. i should have time to reformat the hard drive and fill it up with goodies before my trip to asia in may

Don't worry, if it said your order went through then youll get it.

The Dell servers are getting anal raped right now. And so are their email servers.

Whew. It's been about 20 minutes here, and there's no "customer number" tied to my dad's email addy (I ordered a system for him, on his credit card) and no order confirmation. I'll hang tight.

And it's always nice to participate in an anal rape.

I absolutely cannot fvcking believe this. I was in Dell SMALL BUSINESS the whole goddamned time and that's why my coupon code doesn't work. Now I'm doing it all over again in home office and all the prices are different... dammit!!!!

Yea I got that same error. Well if we're going to get raped, can you at least hold my hand?

Well, I decided to splurge and I got the 1.86ghz 6000. I only got the 256 ram and plan to get 2x512mb elsewhere for less. I also plan to upgrade to a 60gb 7200rpm hdd(I posted a deal earlier). More money than I planned to spend. Time to get my butt to work.

Enjoy everyone!

uh... the stupid $49 off shipping was reflected in my final price, but not in the final email from dell since it was under $899 with the coupon. is this a rebate (does anyone have a link to the rebate form?) or am i just screwed?
