DEAD w/10,000 orders in 48 mins... $750 off $1499+ Inspiron

My order went through just fine. Free ship, no problems at all. No record in my account history or confirm email yet though.

edit: My bad, there was tax I think. Order confirmation doesn't mention it, but my total was almost $50 more than my order cost actually adds up to.

Ragingbitch you sure your ordering a current model Inspiron and total is over $1499 before discounts?

Yea - just ordered a 6000 for $1592 - 750 = 842

842 + 49 - 49 (shipping) + ~60 in taxes = ~911 🙂

Regarding the order confirmations - I think you guys are far too paranoid. They're obviously getting hammered by thousands of users - just wait a few minutes/hours for your order confirmation. 😀

Has anyone else actually gotten the order confirmation stuff? It went through fine but I haven't gotten any e-mail and if I try to check order status it says I have no orders. 😕

i'm in the same situation as you... let's hope it all works out

ditto

The confirmation often takes a bit of time, and should be even longer today. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I got my order completed. No confirmation email yet though.

700m
$1955 - $750 - $35 (from ebay) - 2% (DPA) - 3% (cashback) = $1146.60

my order isn't showing up in my order history on the dell site yet

shipping? of course not, not minutes after placing the order. i did get an order confirmation just now though

i don't know if any of you guys know this already but if you get the dell magazine or catalog thing, there is a code on the back of the April 2005 that'll take off at least $30 to $50 depending on how you configure your system. i configured a 600m for $737 minus the 750 and minus $30.

i dont get whats so exciting....i got a 25% off dell small biz coupon for a 9300....configured both similarly...i'm actually $100 less on the small biz side than the home side after tax for a machine that starts off at $2K before coupons....
