Hint: Go to chubby wallet and find the thread that covers the topic. There's a link on the 1st page that leads you to the page that the deal is still valid. I, too, tried like 10 minutes at the page OP linked, and all the Staples banner led me to the next week's flyer page when I click.

If you are getting the failover GIF instead of flash, you can find out the reason by pasting the following into your location bar:

It appears to not like IE7

It's not dead, I just got home and printed out 4 coupons. But they refused to print straight from the flash plugin so I printed to windows image writer first.

I printed 4 a few days ago. It says it can only be applied if no other coupon or instant savings offer is on it. But with Staples, half of their good deals have that instant off crap as it is. Any have experiences with still using the $10 off $40 on items that were for example already in a sales flyer?

i can't speak for the use of other coupons, but as for the instant savings, as long as the final price is over $40, the $10 off works fine.
