Just keep the 9800xt core and overclock that one. Sell the other one. Cuz if you RMA it you'll get a brand new one, which makes it easier to sell.

I'd keep the R360, add a Silencer or Zalman VF700, and flash it to XT. Or sell both and get a 6600GT.
