Was searching for a chinese keyboard for my parents Win98 machine and found out that HiTechCafe is selling USB SGI keyboards with various languages for 7 bucks... Check it out:

If the SGI keyboards are like any most foreign language keyboards out there, they should also have their standard ABCs and 123s. Pretty sure they are the same Siltek USB keyboards that Compgeeks had a while back for 5 a piece... Just with added text for other languages. The SGI keyboard I currently have goes great with my 1600SW. 🙂
Also keep note that Intel plans get rid of PS2 soon so USB might be the way things go in the future as for mice/kb... And from what I see at my local B&M stores, USB keyboards are quite expensive compared to the ones sold at that site.
EDIT: Guess I better put the reseller ratings linky... 3.3/7.0
