You don't need to clear all your cookies. Just open a command prompt which should dump you into c:\documents and settings\<your login>, where <your login> is whatever your login name is. Type cd cookies and then:
del <your login>@staples*
del <your login>@www.staples*
del <your login>@instore*

much better than clearing all cookies.

Plus, I never recommended that people clear all their cookies, only their *Staples* cookies.
