I wonder if it was a "true" translation to DVD. There apparently were a couple of scenes in the movie where the animators threw a nude Jessica cel in the middle of a scene. For gags, I'm assuming. Apparently the studios never caught on and nobody noticed it in the theatres. It didn't show up until you did a frame-by-frame of those particular scenes and then Jessica "popped out" au naturale.

nude bit isn't there. it wasn't noticable without frame by frame anyways. they did however fix the baby goosing the woman. his arm goes up now, his finger doesn't though. better then previous hack fix where they painted out his arm😛

Just got an email saying they cancelled my order due to overwhelming response. Bastards! At least they gave me some sort of voucher to use...what it is, I have no idea.

*there's no reference to an E-Voucher in their checkout process...sounds fishy.*
