DEAD!!!!! Real Nice E5200 RETAIL MB/CPU/4GB Ram combo $118.99 shipped.

That seems pretty good but will this board allow overclocking.

yup, i have purchased this MB/CPU 3 times and all systems are at 3.33ghz 24/7.

There is no cpu voltage control though, but i never needed it.

These same parts at Newegg total $168.97 shipped, so I'd say this is a great deal. Reviews of the board at NE are decent too.

I don't see free shipping. BTW. Once you get the combo the free shipping goes away.

Oops I was picking the wrong combo. Doh

Damn this sucks. I took advantage of the E5200 + ASRock MB combo a few weeks ago for $100 shipped. I wished I had waited now. 🙁

would that onboard video be decent for Gaming ?

Nope you would need to pick up a PCI-E video card. I have a 9600GT SSC in mine and it works great with the E5200 @ 3.33ghz and 4gb ram.

plays pretty much everything at 1280 x 1024, and older games at much higher rez.

I was looking at this to upgrade my wifes old socket 754 agp mb.. I guess this takes a 24 pin PSU.. her Enermax is just a 20.. I know, wrong thread, but is there a good dependable PSU recomendation for this borad.. Lower price the better. 1 hd, 1 dvd drive, 7800gt vc.
Seriously looking at this deal.

Enermax makes excellent PSUs. Just get a 20pin to 24pin converter cable and call it a day.

I would, you could turn around and ebay or sell your current combo for about the same price and it would be like a $10-$20 upgrade

am I doing something wrong ? I see the price as $133 after the coupon, combo price as 148 in my cart.

same thing here Kev...missed out I guess
I emailed them to find out why...combo discount .48 now ...lol not much of a discount. It seems they've added the discount code onto the price..

Fry's combos have changed since they fired the VP who ECS was bribing. Are recent Fry's deals ever comparable to this?

Anyone know if this motherboard is suitable for a Hackintosh?

Affiliate referral link in the OP; shouldn't that be removed?
