I dont think so man. Walmart has to account for at least 20%,eb/gs,sears,target,etc,etc. Not only that, all theese preoders are for home delivery only. What about the supply that will be available to all thoose people waiting in line at bb? I think if you order it now, you'll probably get it like a month later(close to christmas time or so)

Who said "ur" card is charged now? I bought something from Best Buy a few weeks ago, and it's still backordered - haven't been charged yet. I don't see why this would be any different.

Even if your card is charged now, you can cancel the order and get your money back - no big deal.
