Apparently on the amazon boards, someone called Best Buy and the CSR said that this was legit and the orders would go through. Take it with a grain of salt, though.

I've heard that Best Buy has bought out half of Sony's launch supply (200k units). So it is feasible, especially since it started late Saturday night.

i just want to make enough back on it to pay for my wii + zelda + extra controller which i preordered at gamestop. i'll sell it for under 1k no matter what others are getting for theirs.
