I think I'm gonna pull the trigger on an e6600 from HWRebuild, the 2GB of OCZ RAM @ Fry's, and the eVGA A1 mobo. Should be a smokin system once it's OC'd.
 
Bought my E4300 from these folks and transaction was flawless. In fact they got it from NY to L.A. in 2 days (ordered Mon., had it Wed.). Just want folks to know.

Update, deals were too good to last. Prices have now gone up.
 
They raised all the prices by 10 to 20 $$$, they used to have the best prices for Core 2 Duo, but not anymore.

Great service, and fast shipping though.

I ordered 3 x E6300 at three different timres, and always got my stuff overnight, course i live in Virginia, and they are in Jersy.
 
I ended up picking up an e4300 for $120 before they raised the prices. Ordered Sunday night, arrived Wednesday. That was quick! Faster than Newegg, Fry's, or Case-Mod.com (Where I ordered other parts from)
