hehe silence comes at a price -

the best site for silent parts and noise ethusists is www.silentpcreview.com

i am not sure why you have so many fans in your case - a single 80mm papst should do it - if you are getting enough airflow try a panaflo and undervolt it to 5v

for 35dollars you can get a zalamn 7000 for your a64 - that undervolts to 5v and is nice and quiet

another thing may be your powersupply - 2 fans again? not sure why - my next powersupple with have a panaflo and undervolted again - hope this helps - in most case - one case fan should be enough

Replace the case with one that uses a 120mm fan in the rear and undervolt that fan (or just get a quiet one). EverCase, Antec, AOpen all make cases that can take a 120mm exhaust fan.

Replace power supply with one advertised as quiet. Antec TruePower, Thermaltake, Fortran are all good and quiet.

Replace stock HSF with Zalman 7000-AlCu and use included FanMate to undervolt.

Any 120mm fan is going to make quite a bit of noise purely because of the amount of air it moves. Your case shouldn't need it running at full speed anyways, so since you got your rheobus just slow it down till it's bearable.

Papst fans should be fairly quiet already, if not undervolt them.

Buy a Zalman CNPS-7000A
