Dead Pixel or what?

I was wondering about dead pixels. When I run Dead Pixel Buddy sometimes I think I see a dead pixel and sometimes it disappears. Almost like a sparkle effect. Could it be the overdrive on the LCD? I mean its like one minute its their and one minute its gone, what would that be called?

When I run dead pixel buddy all the backgrounds, blue, red, green, black all look fine. But When I run the white background I get this one pixel in the top left corner, sometimes its their sometimes it isn't. Its pretty weird...

I doubt its dead pixel, a friend of mine had a thing similar to this when he loaded the main menu on cs-source, then it would vanish.
