I don't know what the original price was, but from what I have listened to, these are original artists and their original recordings. Mainly 50's and 60's stuff.

If any of you got the free 3.00 worth of downloads vouchers from here and didn't know what to spend it on, then this pile of music is free.

Awesome! Thanks man. I'm old at heart and have always had a soft spot for this stuff even when I was a teen.

Can anyone tell me if all the mp3s are tagged at the same album? I want this, but I don't want 111 tracks thrown all over my library.

I didn't check how they were tagged originally, but it took about 5 seconds to re-tag them all as one album (did it by habit before playing them or moving them to a library or player).

My wife loves this stuff and I had the free voucher sitting around so this was perfect. Thanks OP.

I got this yesterday for the 99cent thanks to code. But for some reason when i download Amazon songs they wont play in Windows Media Player. This happened on that last CD i bought from them as well but forgot about.

I dont know why. They say they are mp3 and other mp3s play jsut fine.

This album sale is over, but I just clicked on a dozen or so free samplers, and looks like many other similar collections of older music fit the $3 profile.
