*DEAD* Newegg: Logitech VX Revolution mouse - $9.99 AR ($15 rebate)

EXCELLENT price AND a rebate. I posted a deal a few weeks ago that was about $20-$25 AFTER rebate, and that was a good deal then. This is smoking on a really nice notebook mouse.
 
That is a scorching hot deal for this mouse if you don't mind rebates. I think I paid about $40 for mine. At $25 it's a really good deal and at $10 AR it's a steal. I may buy another.

FWIW, Logitech's customer service is awesome. One of the mice I purchased recently had a middle button that didn't always register the downward click. I called Logitech support and they tried their best to help me over the phone but in the end decided that the mouse wasn't performing to my standards. When asked where I purchased it, I was honest and told them eBay knowing that there was a chance they wouldn't help me. Not only did they not care about that, they didn't require an invoice or receipt as proof of purchase and I had a brand new mouse at my doorstep a few days later. Didn't even have to return the old one. So in my experience they'll go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction, but don't take advantage of them...it's bad karma. 😉

FYI, I think the rebate company is the same one that went bankrupt. The original thread about it says you can still send it to the old address, but check to make sure first.

I hate that they don't show shipping prices anymore. That was a big feature that made me shop at Newegg - easy price calculation comparisons.
 
nice i was in for it. i'm planning to mail the rebate to the specified address given to us on the rebate form. why would u send it anywhere else

I believe sending it to the old address will delay or complicate things as that address was designated for rebates through rebatestatus.com. Logitech is telling us to send it to the new address to sort any lingering issues with that rebate company.

Also, the code "EMCBBCABG" might work to get $8 off instantly, bringing the total down to $1.99.

Some reviews mention trouble with wireless networking equipment. But, I don't see it frequently enough to believe everyone who has wireless internet has problems with this mouse.
 
Back in stock. Grabbed 2. The code didn't work for me, but $35 final price for 2 of these is still hell of a deal. 🙂

And with most routers it's easy enough to change the channel the wireless is broadcasted on. So you have to be pretty thick to not be able to fix this problem.

Call up Newegg and have them resolve it for you. Apparently, they're halting many orders that were placed. They're giving people random assortment of excuse. If you want to catch the deal, have them offer you to credit you the difference between purchase price now - the advertised price. I did and I'm getting credited $53, which makes the VX $10 shipped, without rebate hassle.
