I love Newegg but I hate DHL. I ordered a DVD-R from them and it shipped UPS and arrived in 2 days with their budget shipping (Memphis → Nashville → Birmingham). I order said memory and they wait 2 days and then ship it away from me with DHL. It ships from Memphis, goes to St. Louis, and now is in Illinois. Guess it's their "haha, we'll get your hopes up by shipping the DVD drive you only kinda need really fast, but the RAM you really need really slowly" move.

Sigh...
 
I put in my order at 11:40Pm PST. I was NOT given the discount but I'll call & insist otherwise I'll get credit card company involved

Not at all; they stated until 11:59PM OR funds runs out. Funds probably ran out a little bit early 🙂

I don't see why you'd need to get the credit card company involved. I'm sure they'll cancel your order for you without any hassle. 😛

I'm afraid this little lady ran out on us early. Probably not worth chasing after.
 
@you2 Not at all. They did not state that anywhere for the desktop RAM deal. They have, however, added the caveat of "until funds run out" for today's laptop memory deal.
 
Newegg Customer Service admitted their error and have applied the 15% discount to my order. 2 x 4GB G.Skill DDR3 for $55.24, amazing. Hooray for the Egg!

Originally, I paid like $195 for two 8GB kits. After a day or two, the price went down so I called them and they adjusted the price by $20. Total $175 for 16GB of very good RAM.

All running happily in P8P67 Pro.
