Coupon code: EMCYTZT277

Seasonic build; 45 +12V amps; semi-modular; 80Plus Bronze; 5-yr warranty. Easily the best bang for the buck PSU at the moment. In my experience, Antec rebates are reliable.

Just bit. Was looking for a decent power supply for new 2500k build...now have to wait (lol) because of the whole P67/H67 Intel chipset fiasco.

Thanks for the info....Just ordered one to upgrade my old Truepower 430W

The Truepower Trio 430W has been my favorite PSU. Excellent Seasonic design, and the quietest I've used - it's been the only one I haven't had to swap out the fan.

In for 1.

The reviews at Newegg have a troubling % of people that reported DOA or failure within the first few months. Hope that is not an issue.
However, the 5 year warranty is a good sign.

This is a really hot price!

[chants to self] I do not need another spare PSU. I do not need another spare PSU. I do not need another spare PSU. I do not need another spare PSU. I do not need another spare PSU. I do not need another spare PSU.

^I have that PSU and I certainly like it. It's also a Seasonic build, with 48 +12V amps on a single rail. Compared to the TruePower New 550W it is non-modular, 80Plus compared to 80Plus Bronze and only has a 3-year warranty.

So, basically, the only advantage it has is 3 more +12V amps, and I think that the TruePower New 550W is a better deal. Probably much better.

I'm doing the same thing as you are right now (Chanting to myself) believe it or not...:\

Seriously Engineer, I don't even know how many "spare" PSUs I have anymore. My wild guess would be... at least 20? Note that they're not all good, because I have around 4 SFX PSUs that were system pulls. However, I also have "good" ones, such as a used Thermaltake Toughpower 1kW, new Antec TPN 650W, new Corsair CX400, *AHEM* used and tortured Corsair CX430 (from the jonnyGURU review), several used BFG PSUs and engineering samples, barely used Rosewill Green RG630... ♫ and many more! ♫
