Oh, looks like I was in Small Business. I think that's why, but you have to be, in order to use the extra 10% coupon. Comes out to $10 less though.

Yes they did raise the price $4 but whose keeping track. I don't have the money at all but that's what credit cards with 0% apr are for. $256.66 proof

Just got the same message...I didn't think it would ship today. We'll see how long it takes them. I thought they got in trouble for pulling this kind of thing in the past?
Don't worry about the orders, it's a new item and I can't find any vendor that actually has them in stock. Who knows they might be stuck sitting on a ship off the coast of California....................
I think they're sitting at the ports in Long Beach in one of those huge metal containers. Until the strike is over we won't get our product. I'm not worried hopefully they won't ship till Oct 19th...then that wouldn't hit this months credit card cycle. BTW Karl is slang for the mailman or postman for those not in the know.

Figured it out and still got order in at what I thought was good deal.
$312.95 - $59.56 discount and free ship, with Kalifornia tax of $20.90 = $274.39 satisfies me.
Est ship date shows on or before Oct 9 2002. Hopefully they are not sitting offshore waiting to get into US.

Well if it takes that long, you can always cancel the Dell order, as it says in the email they sent out. I for one will bail out if it takes more than a few weeks, and especially if the price falls. But if it's in high demand and short supply, I doubt anybody will be discounting it anytime soon.Originally posted by: bigi
