Was checking out the site when I see this on their main page. These had been still going for $300+ last time I checked.

Kinda interesting. You'd be better off going with a newer 6600GT or even a 9800Pro, but thought I'd just throw this out for the nostalgia.
 
Not so shady it could be MSI policy... I recently bought my shuttle and shuttle only warrants the warranty through shuttle themselves.
 
Comes with a 3 year warranty though.

Maybe you could get lucky and have it break on you and get something like a 6800 Ultra if they didn't have any to send you.
 
It was a great price for this particular card, BUT...I wouldnt bother buying any card from last years generation of GPUs (e.g., 9800 Pro, FX 5900, etc.) unless we're talking ~$125.00 or less. The performance is just not there anymore especially on nVidia's FX line of GPUs.
