It's great phone for the money and no contract.

I've had the 1st gen and 2nd gen and honestly I liked the 1st gen better with the smaller screen size. I could use the phone with one hand, the 2nd gen requires two hands on most things. It's plenty fast and I haven't even rooted it/3rd party rom(yet).

I just switched from ATT over to straight talk with 0 issues.

Don't tell me that because my wife might feel the same way with her 1st gen but she's running out of disk space.

Probably getting this for my wife when I sell my Mega and spend 3 months trying to kill myself with the cheapest windows phone 8 device I could find. It's going to be a fun couple months.

If all else go for the Moto G LTE if she prefers the smaller size. Speed is fast and the microsd slot is a awesome add.

As much as it pains me, I'll have to pass on this deal for a few reasons. I'm a little bummed since I kept telling myself, wait until BF/CM then buy!

1) We don't need another cell phone, my wife's current Moto G 1st gen works just fine.
2) She likes the size, please save the jokes for the peanut gallery.
3) Reading posts like this cemented it for me. Of course it could happen to her Moto G if we decide to upgrade to Lollipop, which hasn't arrived yet.
4) Most importantly I'll spend the $150 we just saved on another deal.
5) I'm holding out hope for a deal on the Moto G (1st gen) with 4.5", MicroSD and LTE.

Congrats to those who got in on this hot deal.
