Dead Motherboard? Please Help.

Hi folks,

I went to power on my computer this morning and it flashed on and then then turned off. That was all that happened and it will not power on at all anymore. I removed the power supply and tried it in another computer I had laying around and it works fine. The motherboard is the Chaintech VNF3-250. Please help with any suggestions as to what I should do.

Are the fans spinning? Do you get any beeps?

Unplug all non-essential parts and try. Then start swapping out parts. (CPU, RAM, VGA, etc. etc.)

No fans are spinning and there are no beeps. I can try new ram and vga. I don't have another cpu that will fit.
