Dead mobo? Memory? CPU?

Had a PSU crap out and now that I replaced it I get no post. Comes on and all but nothing on the monitor.

It had onboard video. I've tried different memory but don't have other motherboards/CPU's to try. The CPU does warm up after it's been turned on for a few mins. Does a dead CPU still heat up like normal?

Is there anyway to tell which is dead without having extra parts?

Yes, I've had the exact same thing happen to me. RMA the motherboard and you should be golden.
