  • THX-certified 2.1 speaker system brings your music, movies and games to life in immersive studio-quality audio
  • 400Watts of Peak/200Watts (RMS) gives you the power to listen as loud as you want to while the on-speaker controls lets you easily dial the volume and bass up or down
  • RCA and 3.5mm inputs make it easy to plug in up to three audio devices - your computer, iPod, game console, DVD player and more
  • Two satellite speakers and a powerful subwoofer deliver sound big enough to fill even large entertainment rooms
I'd love to get these myself.....but since i live in an apartment, i don't want to anger all my neighbors :p

I bought these last year for $99 after my legendary Z-2300 set died after around 7 years of use. I like them quite a bit, but to be honest I don't think they have sounded as good as my previous set. But I personally think these are the best 2.1 "PC speakers in a box" set you can get. I listened to Klipsch Promedia 2.1 set since they were about the same price on sale, and that set which once sounded so good in the past, have been re-engineered and cheapened so much after the buyout of their company, they sounded like garbage compared to the Z-623 set here.

I think the only way to do better than these is to buy an amp and move up to more expensive bookshelf speakers/subwoofer. So for $89 bucks, it's almost a no-brainer. Lots of bass, but Pink Floyd rocks just fine on them as well. :tongueclosed:
