Great speakers for the price, you do get a little EM hum from the long unshielded composite style cables, but otherwise, they work well(doesn't that word just suck, you have to use it for proper grammar but it doesn't sound anywhere as good as "great").

Looks like the ones from overstock.com are refurbs and only have a 30 day warranty

As mentioned, Overstock sells refurbished stuff, and it's out of stock anyway. The model number at buy.com is the retail version, if that makes any difference either.

These are great for the price. I picked them up from newegg a few months ago for about $45 maybe $50 and I don't have any complaints with them. Sound is excellent for games and music quality is very good. I have an Audigy 2 ZS Plat Pro card to go with it.

i vouch for these speakers, got them at buy.com when they were onsale in May, love them for everything, dvds, games, music. Great sound for $47 (thats how much i paid)

I got these speakers from Logitech about a month and a half ago in replacement for my old Z-640's that had died, and I'm very very pleased. Clear sound, powerful bass, can get loud (I haven't even tried near full volume, there's no reason for me to), etc. Without a doubt the best bang for the buck 5.1 speaker set.
