LR5 beta is already out. So, I don't know if getting LR4 now is a good idea.

I disagree on this - LR gets updated pretty regularly. I use LR3 and have no qualms with the program; it matured very quickly - if there is a specific feature you need, then yes, it may be worth it to wait. But if you have no particular need to upgrade, then LR4 should be fine.

*fyi i haven't used LR5 at all, so I don't know a thing about it...who knows, they may have revamped the hwole thing :whiste:*

Nah. Just several really good features added to it.

Nice deal. The LR4 to LR5 seems like a minor upgrade, the one from LR3 to LR4 gave much more improvements (i.e. revamped shadow and highlight recovery tools). Once LR5 is released its unlikely to be on sale like LR4 anytime soon.

Jump on this if you are a RAW shooter. Once you master LR, you'll never look back.
