The best BF deal I found on this model was from Best Buy for $99. with a $20. BB Gift card.

You get a 12 coffee/tea sampler pack with it, and when you register it Keurig will email you a coupon code good for 2 free 24 packs when you purchase 2 24 packs from them, + tax, free shipping.

Before I ordered online I first called the store that I was going to pick it up from and asked. They said they would adjust the price when I picked it up. I used ShopDiscover but they may not honor the 5% cash rebate because of the coupon.
