Hoping I can get support through Biostar as opposed to Z-buy. I want a return, not a refund.

It won't post at all. Not sure if it has an internal speaker so I found one. Nope, still no post codes. Tried removing everything and I know my stuff works since I've already tested them in my old MSI K8N Neo Platinum.
My Nec 3520a just came in too. This was going to be a wicked second box 🙁
Edit: I'm my major disappointment, I left out the whole reason of why I posted 😛

What happened?
I got mine today. The case is in very good shape, no scratches. Now all I need is a processor. What CPUre you guys using. Also I herd that the power supply cant handle a 6800, so I guess I will slap a 6600 in it.

Alright folks I got a return email and I'm SOL.
If you need service and support, I would suggest lying to them about where you got it from. Probably ask if you can ship just the board back if you can get service. If you don't, they'll fall back on their "only support authorized dealers" thing. Pretty crappy if you ask me.
I remember RMAing a Gainward GeForce4 and all it took was a less than five minute phone call to have them send me a replacement. Basically a "Hello? What's your card? What's your address? Your new one is in the mail, thanks!".

Did you check with Z-Buy? I think the vendor should have a warranty on it.

His original post said that he did. However, he is afraid that z-buy will refund his money because they do not have any more units.

Sorry to bring this thread back up
Sent my RMA to Z-Buy about June 30th. Been almost a month with several emails unanswered. Called their customer service 800 number (which you can only get on their email sales flyer or doing a whois on their domain). Some lady with a bad FOB accent took my call and told me I can request a refund which will take 5-7 days or I can wait for my RMA. RMA services take 4 to 7 weeks. You can guess what I opted for. Hopefully I don't get hit with a restocking fee and hopefully they read my email that says if there is a restocking fee, I'll wait for my RMA.
Sigh, this would have been nice to have but I've spent enough time in the dark and I just want my money back. Z-buy appears to be good if you get your goods, well, good. Otherwise I'm going to avoid them because I don't like waiting 1-2 months for an RMA if something does go wrong. Not to mention they seem to be refusing to answer any of my emails at all.
