We use these notebooks at our work (Hilton SF) and they are REALLY SWEET notebooks. EXCELLENT DEAL here guys. I'd hop on it if I had the $$$.

Also, from personal experience, the A31 notebooks are HUGE. They do however, pack a lot of power. Setup over 14 of these notebooks and they are SWEET.

The ibm auctions on ebay had some KILLER deals on the X series last month. There are sometimes good deals to be had at the ebay store, you just have to watch. The A series is almost always affordable there.

The A31 isn't THAT heavy. I've got a thinkpad 765L that weighs more than the A31, and it's entirely lappable.

The T series, however, is where it's at :). Hopefully my new T-series thinkpad gets here today :)

less than 12 hrs and they're all gone. i guess it paid off to be awake at 2am last night to grab the first of these. :) i've been searching for over 2 months for a nice laptop deal and i finally found a killer. congrats to those who got in on this!
