I'm thinking maybe they're making sure that they ship it to us so it doesn't arrive any earlier than the 9th. I also pre-ordered GTA San Andreas from them, they shipped from maryland, and since I'm in Jersey, it only took 1 day to ship to get here. If my theory is right, they'll ship mine tomorrow 😀
 
Sorry to rebump the dead thread, but I figured it's a good place for those to got in on this deal to converse.

I placed my order in late August too (25th, to be exact). Still processing as well. Anyone else get a shipping confirmation besides Yzzim and KevinF? MJGunn, did your theory pan out?
 
I ordered on sunday, but I am thinking about just hitting up all the electronic stores for a copy. I dont feel like waiting.
 
Mine arrived yesterday (Mon. 11/8), but since my Xbox is at my g/f's, I'm not going to get around to playing it until Weds.
 
hmm I got my shipping email. I ordered on 8/24

the order page still says processing but the link sends me to info telling me is shipped with tracking number.

it expected to be delievered 11/9

Sadly, it doesn't seem like it has. I haven't lost hope completely though, when they shipped GTA to me, I had the box in my hands before my account status changed and I received an e-mail saying it had shipped.

Odd thing is that several people who ordered after me got theirs already. I have yet to even get a response back to the emails I sent them.
 
Well, I checked my order status at mtv.com and got a shipping confirmation, tracking number, and a scheduled delivery date of Nov. 10. Still no email confirmation from mtv though. So for those that haven't gotten any emails, I'd suggest logging into your mtvshop account and see if it's been updated there. good luck!

i just got mine! 11 copies of it. had no idea was coming. checked cc no charge either. i used a one time generated visa # at the time also thinking it wouldnt come, so now ive closed the #.

My copy shipped yesterday, and I'm holding it in my hands right now. Once again, I received my games before I got an e-mail from mtv.
