That web site though is just another of example of someone using Flash because they can. Very annoying.

clicked submit, and it just looked "frozen"
then right-clicked and selected "play" and saw the message -- "Thank you ... etc... Please allow 8-10 weeks for shipping .... etc...

Actually no I didn't like it. It shaved worse than the old disposable Schick I was using. I was rather surprised that is was that bad, I guess that is why they are giving them away, but hey free is free.

Please try the following:
Enable Robust Exception Information to provide greater detail about the source of errors. In the Administrator, click Debugging & Logging > Debugging Settings, and select the Robust Exception Information option.
Check the ColdFusion documentation to verify that you are using the correct syntax.
Search the Knowledge Base to find a solution to your problem.
