Man, some of you folks must have a lot of luck on your side; I've been shut out the last four days (including today)... 🙁

Wow. Do you play three codes every day (that's how many the site gives every person)? The chance of going a dozen straight with no winners is a little over 4% or about 1 in 24. Our average is 23.8% winners, and we have 105 tries and 25 winners.

I've won 35 bottles. I got those pretty quick and about the last 4 days I havn't won anything. Having a dry spell I guess.

How long can one expect a plastic two-liter to stay fizzy?

Bottles are usually dated anywhere between 4 and 8 weeks beyond the present date. You really don't want to leave it more than a few weeks beyond the expiration as it either loses carbonation or become rancid.

Like I said in a previous post, a better idea would be to use 1 or 2 coupons a week, that way you won't get stuck with a hundred bottles that have similar expiration dates, or worse, be stuck with that many just in case the batch itself is bad (which has happened to me--I now make sure to not buy all with the same batch codes)

I'm pretty sure that the diet drinks have either a 90- or 180-day shelf life, and the non-diet drinks have either a 180- or 270-day shelf life. Nowadays it usually only takes a few days to get from the bottler to the distributor. Apparently either your individual distributor or your store aren't getting the product onto the shelves quickly.

I have lost count of how many bottles I have coming to me. Suffice to say, I will have enough soda for myself to drink at ALL of the LAN Parties I attend in 2006.
😀

I am 21/63. The US only won 25 medals and some were multiples in one event, so I must be near the maximum.

I have entered about 20 codes and still have not won anything. I do not drink a lot of soda, but I just want one winning code for the heck of it!

Thanks for the reply. Man, you've had some terrible luck with soda, are you in the States? We routinely have bottles for a couple months or more and haven't had any rancid or flat ones yet. And certainly no bad batches, although we mostly stick to Coke products - not sure about the other lines.

Having said that, I agree that it would be nice not to have to buy a couple hundred bottles all at once. Although it would make a funny internet short film. 😉

I just called our local Coke bottler and they said 3 months shelf life on two liters of Diet Coke.

I haven't bought any Diet Coke lately, but the bottles of regular Coke that the stores around here have right now are dated early-mid May (goes along with my 8 week rough estimate).

Yep; now if you want to calculate some odds, try this--my bro just started last week, and he's yet to win even one...he's been completely shut out six days running.

FWIW--I guess you reversed-jinxed my drought...I won two out of three today--LOL!!! :Q

1 in 120. Long, but not impossible.

I had 2 of 3 yesterday, and 2 of 3 today. 13 wins of 43 entries for total of 30% winners.

It's good to have this on the ATHD page 1 every day.
Thanks OP from your friend Ride, a true Cokeic.

I am a bit late to the party but I signed up none the less. They told me that a code was emailed to me but it never came. I wonder if this party is no longer a party?
