Did anyone actually recieve these? I just got a letter from Brita yesterday. They want me to relog in to their site and supply the model and serial numer of my water cooler before they'll send 'em. Of course, I don't have one the coolers, just a pitcher. So I'm hosed. In their words: We need to make sure you actually own a water cooler."
