Living in a walking distance from AMD headquarter in Sunnyvale, CA,
I feel bad for having only two processors from AMD at home yet.
 
Alert: When filling out the form I noticed that while changing one box, it would also change the pull down tabs as well. For example, when typing an "s" in job title my country would change to Saskatchawan.
