Well, I slogged through the entire thing, then got an error at the very end when it came time to pay me. What a scam.

funny, i did too. i emailed them right away and noted the error code. i received an email back saying they feel i made a good faith effort, and that i'll be getting a GC.

Hello Jamie,

Please disregard the last e-mail I sent you. I was able to find you in our
database. Thank you for letting us know of the page error you received. It
appears the page error that came up did not affect the uploading of the
results of your evaluation to our servers. You should expect to receive
your reward within a couple business days. We thank you for your time and
input and look forward to your participation in future evaluations.

The error seems benign.

I submitted my survery and got the same error and sent an email, as well. At least they are responding to people.

Btw - Omega was better....

Took the survey, got the error, sent the email PAY ME!!! :D. Oh yeah, the less cluttered site (Alpha?) definately had a better design but it was lacking much of the information on the first one (Omega I think).

This was painless. Yeah, it looked like the submission of the information went OK, but I sent an email too just in case.

i think they have it linked wrong, not that they are trying to scam us.

but maybe they are, maybe their thinking out of 10 surveyed, 1 or 2 will complain about not getting it, so they wont' have to dish out that many GC's... maybe i'm too skeptical ;)

anyways, as it stands now, do the survey, if you don't get it, email support@vividence.com, and NICELY tell them what happened. looks like they are honoring it.

g' luck.
