*DEAD* EVGA 280GTX for $200 after $20 rebate

Find out how many amps are on your 12V rail.

Also this card requires both a 6 & 8 pin pci-e power connector.

I have both connectors and my 12v rail has 33amps on it. Is that enough?

I've got a 600W PSU but only 36A on the 12v. Might just wait for the cards with the lower power reqs even though this deal is insane.

Looks like it has reverted back to original price when you check the cart... 🙁

edit:It's not my fault you tech geeks have no self control!!

Hehe... by the way, can anyone confirm that the Corsair HX520 has enough juice to run this thing properly? Hope I don't need a new psu...

What is the rest of your system?

I ran this card no problem on a HX520.... setup was E8400/P35, GTX 280. Everything overclocked and it still ran fine.

X3350 stock
4 gigs Ballistix PC6400 (yellow)
Gigabyte P35-DS3L
1x Velociraptor 300gb
1x 250 gig WDC
1x Samsung dvd burner
Using onboard sound

Holy cow, this is cheaper than GTX260. Imagine buying 2 for $412 AR for SLI--it will kick dirt in GTX295's face. Is the deal really dead? You can still find it under Today's deal (Text). I just ordered one and it's being processed (MSCB already showed the transaction). Shouldn't be a pricing error because you can find the same deal at Buy's eBay Store. Couldn't get the coupon to work, though.

I don't think it is a price mistake.....many other GTX 280s have dropped in price as well plus they raised the price at one point and lowered it again.
