I've been searching for a good deal on a new system for a friend and was considering an older socket 940 system because of cheaper opterons, which just had another recent price drop. I was flicking through my froogle search and found this.

The MSI board is the low-end of dual socket 940 boards, but how can you beat 27 bucks? That's at least 100 bucks less. I just ordered four for building future systems when dual core opterons are dirt cheap. And rumour has it that future quad cores will be able to work in socket 940 as well. Granted the board is older using AGP 8x, but dual sockets is a good upgrade path. All my systems are dualies.
I tried to research the site on reselleratings.com and found nothing. It may be too good to be true, either a lemon or a price mistake, but We'll see.
EDIT: product not found now, I haven't recieved a cancelation notice yet.
EDIT2" recieved cancellation notice. Well, you know what the say about things that sound too good to be true.
