1800FP is considered one of the best price/performance LCD in its class. It's your choice but I think the 1901FP has 30ms compared to 1800FP's 25ms.

That's what I would do but I am not a gamer.

Sell your friend the 1800FP, and buy the 1901FP for yourself but what if there's ghosting or a cluster of dead pixels?

Then again LOOK AT THE PRICE!

the 1901 has 4 usb ports and also has a 25ms refresh rate.

The 1800FP is a great LCD. I ordered a second one for a dual setup. I play BF1942 on with no problem or ghosting.

This IS a great deal.
