don't forget the u3011 is going for $899 on the refurb page, and feedback is people are getting perfect like-new monitors. . .

Many of the refurbs come with the full, or almost full, 3 year warranty.

Still, this deal on the U2211 is nice. I already have one but another might not be so bad...

Seems like the prices went up. The u2211 is showing up as 209.25 and the u2711 is showing up as 824.25 for me after the coupon is applied.

Hum on the 27inch they raised the price so it comes to 824.25 plus tax (they charge tax for SB).

Same here. The wife does a lot of photo editing and art work stuff. Hope it has better color accuracy than the 22" LG TN monitor she uses now.

It's a bit small for 1080p, but I doubt that anyone could find a better panel for ~$200.

bleh now i'm trying to think if i need a third for portrait mode...

blah, kill me ><

my main concern is that for gaming and actual photo editing, I will get quickly annoyed with the bezel since the horizontal resolution in portrait mode will be only 1080p. I run dual 4:3 19s" right now, and although I love it, I do completely segment every window on its own monitor.

I'm concerned that I may just end up continuing to move one monitor into landscape view and that third might be viewed as a waste ><


Anyone with opinions?

Says brand new and not refurbished, too.
