only problem I see with this RAM is Timing 5-5-5-12 needing 2.0V

it needs overvolting to achieve a standard cl5 timing- not good for name brand PCs or a new build with no spare 1.8-1.9v RAM lying around to be able to post and set bios to higher mem voltage.... unless neweggs specs are wrong or exagerated

I ran it up to 415mhz until it needed to be above 1.8V at stock timings. I didn't realize it was 2V memory and it kept my overclock from going higher for so long.

I use this RAM. It runs just fine at 5-5-5-15 1.8v.

good to hear

How about this? Shipping comes to $6 and change for me, and if you keep an eye on it, Fry's will offer free shipping on it from time to time, which is how I got it for $30AR just a couple of days ago. 🙂

thanks, hadn't seen a decent DDR2 deal in a while...

I bought ~18GB of Crucial from FRY's during all the rebates - I should have bought every kit that had a different rebate 🙁
