Sears.com has a Craftsman 3-drawer intermediate tool chest on clearance for 39.88.

I was able to buy online and pickup locally so no shipping.

This doesn't have roller bearings but you won't find anything near the quality for the price.

Snagged one of these myself.


Got in on the $49.00 rolling base at Christmas and the $39.00 5 drawer last September. Got me some very serious tool storage going now.
 
A couple times a year Sears sells the lower rool-away and the upper 5 drawer as a combo and you get this intermediate chest free when you buy both of the others. That's how I landed mine for free.

Never used it though. I found I couldn't see inside the uppermost flip-top compartment when the intermediate box was on there too. at 5' 8" I was eye level with the uppermost compartment.
