ANd u guys are saying that u got the aluminum version, how can u tell the diff?

the aluminum ones are a LOT lighter. I'm not sure on the weight of them, but I know the steel ones are about 30lbs.

my case showed up in the mail a few days ago. i also got the 2 fans and front USB as an extra. very nice case.

great deal. tracking info wasn't the best...but thats the way it goes sometimes.

Those of you who got the aluminum cases, can you look at your UPS tracking detail and tell what the weight was?

I ordered two cases one with the see thru window and the UPS detail shows one as 17lbs and the other is 28lbs, I'm hoping I got lucky and am getting at least one aluminum case 🙂

I got mine on Friday. Ordered the silver with window and light and received just that. The case is alot better than advertised as I too got one with front USB ports, 2 fans, and the window is alot bigger than I thought too. The case looks exacly like this one at Newegg (no power supply though):

The box it shipped in said Turbo Gamer - Entry Level. I think they shipped us a better model because they ran out of the regular $35 silver case which has since been removed as a color option as has the window option. It is steel and the UPS shipping weight was listed as 28lbs. Their email support was lousy and so was the delivery time, but all in all this was worth the wait. 🙂

BTW, should I just let the neon light constantly glow? I'm thinking if I set it to sound activation and have it blink, that will shorten its lifespan.

Don't be a fool John... front usb is worthless... if you really want it bad just mod your case. Its not worth the extra $20 to fork over...

Buy yourself a pen USB drive and see how happy you'd be to go every time behind the case to plug it in. Not talking about cameras etc.
Sign of caution - the front USB connectors will not work on Giga-Byte motherboards because they have 1+3 instead of 3+1 that is on Giga-Byte mobos. Giga-Byte is to blaim here.

My report: Ordered early on the 25th, expected shipping date, the 2nd, actually shipped on the 7th, attempted delivery on the 11th(was asleep 🙁 ) Got the case today (14th) . Ordered two cases and both came the same way: Steel, nice dark black(as ordered), front usb, 2 clear fans (one for side panel), 2 thumbscrews for side panel...pretty satisfied though I may never order from these people again 😀

Finally got mine, and it turn out they ship an aluminum case (black) instead of the org. black i ordered.... no wonder it is so light.
but look inside, the drive racks are everywhere, get them together..... only 4 + 3, missing one!

Must be gone when they open the case and stuff the floppy and neon light in. (push onto the PS location)
