Can't blame people for being cautious. I just downloaded it and my PC didn't explode so I guess it ok 😀

So you opened it and green goblins didn't jump out of your monitor and eat you? 😀

I'm on linux, so I felt safe downloading it.

Clamscan gives it a clean bill of health.

Engine version: 0.94.2
Scanned directories: 0
Scanned files: 1
Infected files: 0
Data scanned: 20.40 MB
Time: 4.197 sec (0 m 4 s)

file shows it's a
BBads_Mar_15-21.exe: MS-DOS executable PE for MS Windows (GUI) Intel 80386 32-bit

So I took a chance that it was just a self-extracting zip file.

And what do you know, it is.

edit
I didn't even read ActiveX's full post. He even stated it was a self-extracting zip. D'oh! Thanks OP!

A Best Buy ad scan is about as interesting as yesterday's weather forecast. We already know that there isn't a single thing worth bying in there, so why bother?

Even if it's a .exe self extracting zip, usually you can just rename it .xxe and it will open just fine - w WinRAR at least...

Wow, if you guys don't care - why did you bother to open this thread and then post? Sometimes BB has good deals on games, BR or the like. Go troll a bridge.

About 3 months after every other store does.

Stop the threadcrapping (you and everybody else). If you don't like Best Buy then I can't imagine why you even come into these threads let alone feel compelled to make negative comments. End it.
