Dead Battery

So my battery seems to have died.

It was 3 years old but still running great, 4+ hours more often than not. The only thing that's puzzling me is it just flat out died. Not a slow, loosing charge, can only last an hour kind of death. But just a sudden, "Not Charging" anymore death. 🙁
 
My MBP had a similar problem. The battery meter wouldn't changed even after being plugged in for hours. It would work while plugged in but the moment the plug was removed it would shut off.

I was able to fix the problem by resetting some power setting by taking the battery out and pressing a combination of buttons.

A quick search will show you what you need to do.
 
Nice, I kinda figures it might he something like that. I was just too lazy to reset the PMU until I heard from someone else.
