BULL SH!T. There is no way in hell a sane person could "accidently" forget there 10 month old in the car for 10 minutes let alone 3 hours. This man should rot in jail. My 2 kids were in the car for about 4 minutes in my plain view and I was very anxious the whole time.

Oh come on. I accidentally left my keys in the fridge for 15 minutes last week. Keys in fridge, baby in car, this sh!t happens to everyone, man.

 

What Sciolist said! I'm not about to assume his guilt before his trial. Accidents do happen.

What I won't call an accident is if he actually intentionally and willfully left his kid to do some lame stuff. Those folks who do that need to get a stiff punishment; and often that is the case with this type of tragedy.
