Wow, Dell's weekly "price mistake that won't be honored." I tried to order the Rio Hard Drive mp3 player a few weeks ago and that got cancelled.

Dell's website is seriously turning into a joke.
 
We'll see what happens....if this works, it'll be much deal of the century, even beating out my recent Office Depot 160GB drive for $30.
 
Ahh well I bit why not.

I swear with all of these non-honored price mistakes Dell should at least throw us like a 10% or 20% off coupon when they cancel these orders. I swear its not like we are really abusing the system Dell is just keeps making these mistakes.
 
We knew about this a while ago, and was seeing if the deal cam to fruition, it is in fact a cradle, and I have to send it back.

If it's too good to be true it's too good to be true. And btw why on earth would you put a deal like this on multiple forums. We tried to keep it quiet so at least some people would get it or not get ripped, now you opened the doors for the crybabies.

Well, I was going to keep it quiet, but I ordered 16. I wanted one for myself. 😀 :beer:

I actually ordered 2. Both for Christmas gifts. I'm happy with my Visor.

Just as a side note, I did a search for the item number X3IPROM on google and it was showing up as $322.XX on somebody's educational site. I'd bet $892736402873740273 of Bill Gates' money that this is NOT just a cradle.

Thanks for the heads up on this. I hope everybody gets theirs.

This is even more interesting as it looks like it's a promotional item of some kind. I've never done this before, so I'm hoping that Dell will notify before charging if they don't honor that price, correct?
 
I'm not expecting much and figure they will cancel the order but if i didnt try and then saw that people were getting them i'd be pretty mad at myself.

I can assure you it's not just a cradle but the bad news is it's not going to show up on your door step either.
