Dead -- Antec NeoHE 500W $30 -- Dead

Anyone know how quiet these are? Was eyeing an Earthwatts 380 but this is $20 cheaper...

edit: Checked some reviews and indeed very quiet. If it's anything close to my NeoPower 550w I'll be ecstatic. Picked up two at this price for server and future use. Thanks OP!

is this an antec or an antec-branded fsp?

either way, good deal. but the former would probably be better.

I've had the NeoHE 430w PSU and love it. Very quiet and the modular cables are great. I've had no problems with it pushing some heavy hardware.

Thanks, StormSide. Picked up two. Between this and the geeks.com Enhance PSUs I'm set for a while.

The efficiency number is a bit misleading when it says "Up to 85% efficient". If you lived in Europe on 230v power then yes, otherwise it is a bit lower on 115/120v. Still a decent price though.

115V - Full load 76%; Typical load 82%, Light load 77.9%
230V - Full load 80%; Typical load 85%, Light load 79.45%

Said it was in stock at a Fry's near me.

Ordered it, and an email came back saying it wasn't in stock. 😕

In for 2 ....thanks OP! Just picked them up from B&M Fry's and they are pretty heavy PSU's. Originally priced $59.99. Awesome find, 500 watts and modular for $30....just what I need to build a HTPC.
