Frys.com has had same price with free shipping from time to time.

I got a "C" panel, which I believe is Chei Mei. Very very clear picture (seems to have high resolution because I am now more aware of difference in picture quality between broadcast tv channels).

 
Great price/find OP, but here are the reasons I'll pay more at a b&m:

Return for refund within: non-refundable
Return for replacement within: 30 days
There must be a minimum of 8 dead pixels to declare an LCD display defective and eligible for return.
 
This is a fantastic tv. I bought one earlier this year from Fry's, and I absolutely love it.

It is also outstanding at resolving standard def channels.
 
Bought this from newegg a few months ago for $1199 or something like that. Very happy with the TV..aka my huge ass monitor. Took alittle while to get everything adjusted as far as the color tints, but once its locked in I love it. Only real complaints is the sound on it sucks. Speakers are on the bottom so it doesnt sound as good as the 37", which has the speakers on the front. Not a reason i'd get anything else though, most of the time its either going through my surround sound or computer speakers. Panel does have 1 dead pixel, but not worth going through the hassle of exchanging.
 
The deal is dead for now. The price is $1224 with free shipping and a 4 year extended warranty. Still a better deal than the Best Buy sale price Best Buy of $1299 but no longer an insanely great deal.
