Pretty much all it's worth. :p

Not disagreeing with you; ST performance on these is pretty slow.

The benefit of the platform, is cheap ITX mobos, low power consumption, SATA6G, USB3.0. Basically, makes a cheap "Mom box", if you need that sort of thing. With a 120GB SATA6G SSD, should be passably speedy.

OK, I bought several of them. Any recommendations for boards?

I would have bought some of those $20 ECS AM1 ITX boards with HDMI and solid caps, but Newegg voided my order due to lack of stock. Would have made a nice cheap HTPC.

I'm using a 5150 and a 5350 in the AM1-A (mini ITX ASUS) mobos....oc's pretty decent too as long as you run the SATA controller in IDE mode instead of ACHI. 1.9Ghz on the 5150 and 2.4Ghz on the 5350 stock everything else.

I'd probably go for the 5150 at least for $10-$15 more but good cheap platforms that sip power. Onboard graphics is "good enough" for some SteamOS gaming (side scrollers, etc).
