No, this is a very good price. This is the lowest on PriceWatch for a XP 2000+ OEM and Nutrend is the low price leader as of now. Nutrend also offers a 30 day warranty unlike the other dealers who are offering 15 and 20 day warranties. Next is Accubyte for $72.44 shipped. This CPU was selling in the $80s just a month or so ago when I bought mine from Nutrend. Maybe I need to order another one. 🙂
 
It is a good price for an XP 2000+. However, if you are overclocking you might consider the Thoroughbred XP 1800+ for $2 more. According to Overclockers.com the average overclock for the t-bred 1800+ is 1982 Mhz, versus 1886 for the Palomino XP 2000+.

no overclocking for me. just upgrading from a 900mhz tbird 😱
