Great value in this quad core AMD chip. Stronger overall, and a better budget gamer option than the Intel G3258 dual core IMO, especially if you don't plan on tossing the G3258 for an Intel quad ($$$). The AMD single core performance is respectable (roughly 75% of a G3258 core).
